What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pastry Cook position at Carmel Country Club?
Our restaurants at Carmel offer our members multiple dining venues including indoor casual dining, indoor formal dining, outdoor casual dining and pub dining. This position may work in those kitchens, as well as 1947 Restaurant kitchen.
Responsibilities include:
*Maintains complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment; use equipment and tools as intended, properly and safely
* Requisitions all products and supplies needed for the pastry shop
* A positive attitude
* Minimum of 1-2 years of pastry experience; culinary degree preferred
*Team members are required to work evenings, holidays and weekends on a consistent basis.
