We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Nursing to lead our short-term rehab and long-term nursing facililty with passion and strategic insight. This pivotal role involves overseeing clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive initiatives that enhance patient outcomes, support staff development, and uphold compliance with healthcare regulations. Duties

• Develop and implement strategic plans to elevate nursing practices and improve patient care quality.
• Oversee departmental budgets, resource allocation, and staffing to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
• Lead, manage, and mentor nursing staff to foster professional growth, teamwork, and high performance.
• Collaborate with educational institutions to integrate teaching programs and support ongoing staff education.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, accreditation standards, and safety protocols across all nursing activities.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to patient needs.
• Promote a positive work environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in management within healthcare settings, with a strong background in nursing leadership.
• RN degree
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• Experience in education administration or teaching within a university or academic environment is highly desirable.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaborative relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Prior experience working within university or academic healthcare settings is a plus.
