🔶Position Overview🔶
As the RN Director of Nursing, you will oversee all nursing operations, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and staff development. You will play a key role in shaping the clinical culture and driving excellence throughout the facility.

- Lead and support the nursing team (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Oversee clinical outcomes and quality improvement initiatives
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and staff development

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and leadership

- Active RN license in South Carolina
