Carlyle Senior Care of Aiken is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented MDS Nurse to join our dedicated team! Our facility is an 86-bed skilled nursing and long-term care community located in the heart of beautiful Aiken, South Carolina. We are committed to providing exceptional resident care while fostering a supportive and positive work environment for our staff.
Position Responsibilities:
- Complete and coordinate MDS assessments in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and maintain resident care plans
- Monitor reimbursement and compliance standards
- Participate in quality assurance and clinical meetings as needed
Qualifications:
- Current RN or LPN license in South Carolina
- Experience with MDS assessments preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and skilled nursing regulations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Long-term care experience preferred
