What We Are Hiring For:
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday
Starting Salary Range: $68,640 to $75,000 Per Year. Commensurate with skills and experience.
What Youll Do:
- Complete task and directs workers assisting in painting, performing non-structural repairs, drywall, masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings.
- Well versed in apartment turn procedures.
- High understanding of priorities related to Memory Care Senior Living.
- Maintains an up to date, organized filing system.
- Directs landscaping contractor engaged in ground maintenance activities such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, removing weeds, and raking and disposing of leaves and refuse, to special project needs as they arise for special events for the community. Advises landscaping contractor of areas of concern because of irrigation problems or plant health issues.
- Inspects completed work (of subordinates and/or vendors) for conformance to company specifications, and standards.
- Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignments.
- Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
- Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
- Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
- Experience working with older adults or other vulnerable populations.
- Must be computer literate for communication, scheduling, ordering, tracking, basic graphic design, and activities and outing research.
Salary : $68,640 - $75,000
