What we are hiring for:
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday
Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.00
What Youll Do:
- Serve as the Director of First Impressions by greeting visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism while providing accurate information and direction.
- Answer and direct phone calls, monitor emergency systems, and respond promptly to resident and guest needs with a high level of customer service.
- Support administrative tasks such as maintaining resident records, handling mail, and coordinating with maintenance or other departments as needed.
- Assist the Sales and Activities teams by helping with event coordination, guest arrangements, and preparation of marketing materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, present a professional appearance, and stay informed about community events to keep residents and guests engaged.
- Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
- Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
- Prior administrative experience preferred but not required we will train the right candidate!
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling systems.
