What You'll Do
- Start your day early (7:00 AM) helping dispatch install crews so they're on the road quickly
- Stage install jobs 2-3 days in advance with accuracy and attention to detail
- Receive deliveries, organize inventory, and keep the warehouse, yard, and grounds clean and organized
- Pull materials, check schedules, and make sure nothing is missed
- Deliver parts and paperwork to our field teams as needed
- Assist with inventory counts, CRM system maintenance, and light duct fabrication support
- Keep our facility running smoothly so our technicians can focus on delivering top-quality comfort to customers
- Starting Pay: $23. - $25 per hour
- Bonus opportunities
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Tow Motor (forklift) certification or willingness to get certified
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Reliable - must be ready to work by 7:00 AM
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for long periods, and work indoors/outdoors
