Client Care Representative
Location: Smithfield, RI (In-Office Position)
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour Performance Bonuses
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners calling for HVAC service, helping create a positive experience from the very first conversation.

What You'll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments efficiently.
- Coordinate scheduling with the dispatch team to maximize technician availability.
- Educate customers about maintenance plans and available service options.
- Respond to customer questions while resolving concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details.
- Communicate effectively with technicians and office staff throughout the day.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience during every interaction.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service, scheduling, or call center experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment.
- Experience booking appointments and working with customers over the phone.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and web-based software platforms.
- Experience with Podium or similar customer messaging platforms is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to support teammates.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
