Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (On-call rotation as needed - we keep it fair and manageable)
What You'll Do
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Deliver outstanding customer service and clear recommendations on every call
- Work independently while being fully supported by a strong team
- Provide feedback to the Service Manager on training needs, inventory, and pricing
What You Need
- Active Rhode Island Journeyman HVAC License (PJ2 and/or RJ2)
- Strong mechanical background and 5 years of hands-on experience
- Clean, insurable driving record
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Experience making repair vs. replace decisions
- Advanced customer service skills and willingness to take on leadership roles
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices and air balancing principles
- Universal EPA Certification
- Familiarity with major brands (American Standard, Trane, Rheem, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Viessmann, Burnham, Honeywell, York, Ruud, Goodman, Carrier, Bryant, Amana, Lennox, etc.)
