Business Development Coordinator

The Business Development Coordinator will support a dedicated business development, sales and marketing, and cross-functional growth team while reporting to the Operations Director. This role will help develop new customer accounts, strategic partnerships, channel relationships, and event-generated leads through prospecting, client engagement, pipeline coordination, and event participation.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads across new customer accounts, strategic partnerships, channel relationships, and event-generated opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify prospects, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Manage and maintain the business development pipeline.
• Conduct client outreach and coordinate meetings with prospects and partners.
• Support the preparation and coordination of proposals.
• Maintain prospect and client information in the CRM platform.
• Prepare sales reports and provide pipeline updates.
• Support partnerships and coordinate occasional local events, quarterly industry events, and frequent client visits.

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in business development.
• Bilingual English and Spanish
