We Are Excited To Be Hiring a Director Of Corporate Human Resources. The Ideal Candidate For This Role Will Have The Following Skills And Responsibilities:
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS - All functions and responsibilities of HR, including:
- Departmental data-driven deliverables
- Department process development, implementation and oversight
- Optimization of department systems
- Vendor Management
- Regulatory compliance and deadlines
- Benefit Administration and Employee Program Management
- Risk Assessments
- Workforce Utilization
- Employee Relations, Investigations, Disciplinary and Separation Management
- Document Management, Oversight, and Implementation
- HRIS oversight, Maintenance, and Compliance
- Prefer a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Management, or related field.
- Multi entity experience preferred.
- PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
- 8 years of relevant Human Resources leadership experience in a senior management role.
- Extensive knowledge of regulations, current practices, and applicable employment laws.
- Proven implementation of Human Resources systems, processes and strategies such as compensation, benefits, HRIS, ATS, etc.
