Per-Diem Ultrasound Technologist

This position involves performing MFM ultrasound procedures to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment, adhering to safety and radiological standards. The technologist independently conducts imaging, verifies procedures, provides patient instructions, and ensures equipment safety. They collaborate with healthcare teams, maintain quality control, and may support training of students and new staff.
Qualifications And Skills
Candidates should hold an associate degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, be ARDMS registered, possess OB/GYN specialization, and have at least two years of MFM ultrasound experience. Essential skills include knowledge of ultrasound procedures, excellent communication, customer service, organization, and the ability to work independently. Physical requirements include standing, lifting, manual dexterity, and sensory acuity.
