- Monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms and vital signs
- Administering medications and treatments, supporting cardiac procedures
- Assessing patient conditions, recording data, and notifying physicians of changes
- Responding to cardiac emergencies and ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Educating patients on cardiac health and collaborating with healthcare teams
- Adhering to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
- Minimum of one year recent experience as a Stepdown RN
- Valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications
- Critical thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and using PC tools
- Ability to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively
