Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process in a critical care setting. Maintains professional accountability, evaluates care effectiveness, and coordinates with other departments to ensure quality patient outcomes. Upholds patient rights and confidentiality, aligning duties with organizational standards and values.

Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited institution
- Current RN license valid in the state or under compact licensure
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
- Preferred experience in a critical care environment
