Role: Emergency Nurse within the W.E.S.T. Float Team, providing adaptable, patient-centered care across multiple facilities in fast-paced ED settings.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, triage, administer treatments and medications, collaborate with healthcare teams, respond to critical situations, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of recent ED RN experience; graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
Licensure & Certifications: Active RN license (Georgia or Compact), BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
Skills: Critical thinking, adaptability, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
