Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care
- Maintain practice standards
- Supervise assigned staff in care activities
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred
- No experience required; new graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred
- Current Georgia RN licensure or multistate license
- BCLS certification required
- Additional specialty certifications based on unit (e.g., ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy, NRP)
- Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
- Ability to obtain specialty certifications within specified timeframes
