- Analyze program data for performance improvement and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Identify high-risk areas, collaborate with clinical staff for risk prevention, and develop educational activities on full disclosure processes.
- Manage staff including hiring, training, and performance management to ensure efficient department operations.
- Serve as a resource for policy development, performance improvement, and compliance efforts.
- Create policies to enhance patient care and safety, ensuring adherence to patient rights and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical healthcare, risk management, business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum of one year supervisory experience.
- Certifications related to healthcare risk management, safety, or process improvement highly preferred.
- CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required; additional regulatory and background screening requirements apply.
