Responsibilities Include
- Utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care and ensure safety
- Evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members
- Coordinating patient care across departments
- Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality
- Performing duties aligned with organizational standards and values
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in the state or compact licensure, meeting all licensing requirements
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Prolonged standing and walking
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association or within 30 days of hire
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PEARS, C-EFM, and others may be required based on department needs or acquired within specified timeframes
