Position: Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Night shift
Location: Skokie Hospital
Role & Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Ensure regulatory compliance, take responsibility for nursing outcomes, and supervise unlicensed staff to deliver quality care. Focus on patient safety and enhancing the patient experience.
Qualifications & Skills: Current Illinois RN license, BLS/CPR certification, preferred BSN degree, and at least 1 year of hospital nursing experience. Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills essential.
Key Duties: Deliver patient-centered care, guide team members, and maintain high standards of practice, accountability, and safety.
