Registered Nurse - Clinical Decision Unit

Join as a full-time, day shift Charge Registered Nurse in a Clinical Decision Unit, responsible for shift management, overseeing quality of care, and acting as a liaison to the Nurse Manager and House Supervisor.

Responsibilities include making patient assignments, providing clinical support, mentoring new staff, and participating in performance reviews. The RN assesses patient and family needs, develops and revises care plans, delegates tasks, and ensures adherence to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree
• Current Kansas RN licensure
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire
