Responsibilities include making patient assignments, providing clinical support, mentoring new staff, and participating in performance reviews. The RN assesses patient and family needs, develops and revises care plans, delegates tasks, and ensures adherence to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications
- 2-year degree
- Current Kansas RN licensure
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire
- ACLS certification (unit specific)
- 4-year degree
- Experience in similar healthcare settings
