Registered Nurse / Clinical Decision Unit

Join a dedicated team as a full-time, night shift Clinical Decision Med Surg Registered Nurse, responsible for delivering safe, coordinated patient care across diverse populations under the guidance of the Nurse Director/Manager.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Assessing patient and family needs, developing and prioritizing care goals, and evaluating care plans
• Revising care plans to address biological, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and educational needs
• Delegating tasks appropriately to optimize patient outcomes
• Adhering to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Current Kansas RN licensure and associate’s degree in nursing
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ACLS for Tele, ICU, and PCU; oncology certification for post-surgery care
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, at least one year of recent healthcare experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office
