Location: Naperville, Edward Hospital
Role: Provides professional nursing care by assessing patient conditions, recognizing deviations, planning and evaluating care, and monitoring progress. Delegates tasks, collaborates with the team, and ensures quality patient outcomes. Responsible for critical thinking, documentation, and adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications: Associate degree in nursing (BSN required within 5 years), current Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and ACLS within 6 months of start.
Skills: Critical thinking, teamwork, patient assessment, delegation, documentation.
Key Duties: Delivering patient care, monitoring, recording observations, and collaborating with staff to meet unit goals.
Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80/hour, based on experience.
