- Leading credentialing processes and chairing quality improvement committees
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and assisting with survey preparedness
- Implementing new clinical programs and staying updated on geriatric care advancements
- Delivering direct patient care to ensure high-quality clinical treatment
- Extensive experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes
- Preferred CMD certification
- Ability to lift at least 20 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
