- conducting performance evaluations
- leading team meetings and delegating projects
- building relationships with physicians and referral sources
- ensuring compliance with policies and evidence-based practices
- participating in strategic planning, budgeting, and program development
- coordinating student internships and observing experiences
- supporting staff professional growth and clinical excellence
- 5 years of Physical Therapy experience
- expertise in outpatient care
- staff supervision and program development experience
- current Montana PT license or eligibility
- strong leadership and communication skills
