Role: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in a supportive environment, following individualized treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA. Contribute to client progress and maintain accurate session documentation.
Qualifications & Skills: Certified RBT with a strong commitment to client care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in the afternoons. Prior experience in ABA therapy is preferred.
Key Duties: Deliver evidence-based interventions, collaborate with a clinical team, and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities through fellowship programs. Maintain a positive, client-focused approach to support behavioral growth.
