- Implement and adjust therapy interventions, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
- Communicate patient progress with healthcare team and document according to guidelines.
- Educate patients, families, and staff; participate in discharge planning and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Supervise and delegate tasks, assist in other care areas, and adhere to policies and standards.
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited school or equivalent.
- Current Physical Therapy license and BLS certification.
- Experience in acute care preferred; strong computer and equipment proficiency.
- Ability to adapt to caseloads and demonstrate clinical competency.
