- Balance approximately 50% administrative duties with clinical practice, focusing on outpatient orthopaedic care without OR responsibilities.
- Lead onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior management and physicians to develop best-practice models and improve quality and efficiency.
- Optimize clinic operations, templates, and staff deployment to enhance patient care delivery.
- Experience in orthopaedic surgery, APP supervision, and HR/labor management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex priorities and drive workflow improvements.
