- Perform patient assessments and deliver individualized, high-quality care.
- Conduct neuro checks and post-operative monitoring; recognize and respond to clinical changes.
- Administer medications and perform related nursing interventions safely.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and support staff across the care team.
- Educate patients and families to support informed decisions and recovery.
- Support safe discharge planning and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Current RN licensure.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to monitor neurologic status post-op.
- Effective communication and collaboration within an interprofessional team.
- Commitment to patient safety, evidence-based practice, and continuous improvement.
