- Perform patient assessments and ongoing neuro and post-operative monitoring
- Administer medications and deliver individualized nursing interventions
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary support teams
- Educate patients and families on care needs and health management
- Support safe discharge planning and transitions of care
- Participate in quality initiatives and continuous improvement
- Current RN licensure
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to monitor neurologic status
- Knowledge of post-op care, medication administration, and safety practices
- Effective communication and teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment
- Commitment to patient education and quality outcomes
