Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department. Use advanced nursing practices to support timely assessment, stabilization, and treatment to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients, prioritize needs, and deliver appropriate interventions
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing care according to established protocols
- Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the care team
- Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, and interdisciplinary staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and support safe, effective care
- Provide patient and family education and emotional support
- Current RN licensure
- Experience in emergency or acute care preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and rapid decision-making
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and bedside manner
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-acuity environment
