We are seeking a compassionate LPN to provide high-quality patient care within a residential treatment setting, collaborating with the treatment team to support clients with substance abuse and mental health challenges.
Responsibilities Include
- Medication management: organizing, documenting, administering injections, facilitating e-prescriptions, and educating clients about their medications.
- Health assessment: monitoring clients' medical status, performing withdrawal assessments, vital signs, and communicating changes to medical providers.
- Staff training: instructing residential staff on procedures like vital signs and medication supervision.
- Educational support: leading groups to promote recovery.
- Ohio LPN license with LVN diploma or associate's degree.
- Experience in residential treatment is preferred.
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and meet health requirements.
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift on a rotating schedule and lift objects up to 10 lbs.
