Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing care, working closely with RNs and clinical leadership to support children with skilled nursing needs. Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized nursing care in the child's home environment
- Coordinate with RNs and clinical team for care plans
- Maintain safety protocols, including PPE use and CDC guidelines
- Utilize the Employee Portal to manage shifts and access resources
- Support patient and family education and comfort
- Valid New Jersey LPN or Multistate license
- Recent physical exam, PPD or Chest X-Ray, and BLS CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
- Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, vent care
