Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering quality nursing care within an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities: Monitor and report patient condition changes, assign duties, provide clinical supervision to CNAs, and promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with laws and standards.
Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited LPN program, active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, and preferred one year of skilled nursing experience.
