Qualifications
- Long Term Care experience
- PointClickCare charting proficiency
- Current LVN/LPN license in practicing state
- Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience in nursing management is preferred but not mandatory
- Accurate charting and incident reporting following established procedures
- Proper management of narcotics, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction
- Documenting patient condition changes such as nutritional, infection, or skin issues
- Utilizing the Quality Life Manual for patient monitoring and placement
- Communicating room changes, admissions, discharges to relevant departments
- Assisting physicians during rounds as needed
