- Administer medications according to physician orders and facility policies.
- Refill and maintain medication stock carts.
- Oversee nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
- For RNs, lead and coordinate daily nursing operations, support staff, and plan shift activities.
- Perform various nursing duties to ensure quality resident care.
- Licensed RN or LPN for the relevant state.
- Experience working with geriatric populations is preferred but not required.
- Strong computer skills for electronic medical record systems.
