Role: Implant Process Engineer responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining ion implantation processes in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.

- Own process development, specifications, control plans, and inline metrics.
- Drive yield and defect improvements through data analysis and root cause techniques.
- Lead process change reviews, risk assessments, and qualifications for new or optimized processes.
- Collaborate with equipment teams and vendors to ensure process and tool capability alignment.
- Enhance learning speed and cycle time via innovative inline metrology and data-driven monitoring.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Materials, Physics) or relevant experience.
- 2 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience with implant process ownership or development, or equivalent military experience, or 5 years with an Associate degree.
- Ability to work on-site and a good understanding of Agentic AI or willingness to learn.
- Preferred: Knowledge of ion implantation physics, advanced process control, data analysis (Python, JMP, SQL), SPC, DOE, FMEA.
