Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies across priority markets.
- Drive launch readiness activities, identify access risks, and support long-term international access planning.
- Lead HTA planning, develop country-specific pricing recommendations, and support negotiations with stakeholders.
- Provide market insights to inform global strategy and ensure successful access outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years in healthcare, pharma, or biotech, with experience in market access, pricing, HEOR, or commercial strategy.
- Knowledge of EU markets, HTA processes, and reimbursement pathways.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with cell, gene, regenerative medicines, or advanced modalities is a plus.
