Role Overview: The Clinical Manager oversees clinical operations and ensures the delivery of quality patient care for dialysis patients with end-stage or chronic kidney disease.
Responsibilities: Manage clinic operations, including staffing, costs, and quality standards; provide leadership, coaching, and development for staff; coordinate patient care from admission to discharge; ensure staff training and compliance; foster strong physician relationships; and oversee documentation, regulatory reports, and financial performance.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, RN licensure, 6 years healthcare operations experience, 12 months clinical nursing, and dialysis experience. Preferred experience includes supervisory roles and ICU/med-surg backgrounds.
Physical & Work Environment: Involves desk work, patient interaction, potential travel, and exposure to healthcare environment risks. Heavy lifting and patient movement may be required.
