- Assess patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate nursing care.
- Analyze medical history, diagnostics, and current status to develop individualized care plans.
- Prepare and administer medications and treatments for comprehensive care.
- Ensure medical records are accurate and compliant with standards.
- Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care as needed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for effective care planning.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; specialty experience preferred.
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- Current BLS (CPR) certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
