- Preparing patients, verifying orders, and ensuring proper identification.
- Performing CT scans following departmental protocols and maintaining image quality.
- Understanding cross-sectional anatomy and positioning skills.
- Administering contrast agents under physician supervision and practicing radiation safety.
- Practicing infection control, providing patient education, and ensuring comfort.
- Operating CT equipment and related information systems effectively.
- ARRT Radiography Certification and relevant state licensure.
- Proficiency in CT imaging and BLS certification.
- Preferred: ARRT CT Certification/Registration and 1 year of CT experience.
- Strong communication, manual dexterity, and ability to lift and move patients and equipment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and navigate busy environments.
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
