- Communicate with health plans, including Medicare and Medicaid
- Complete credentialing applications and contracts
- Assist physicians with required documentation
- Track application progress and update leadership
- Collaborate with departments to meet business objectives
- Support the enhancement of provider licensing functions
- Minimum 1 years of credentialing experience
- Strong attention to detail and proactive communication skills
- Experience with Behavioral Health credentialing
- Credentialing experience across all East Coast states and California
