Qualifications And Skills
- Minimum of a Nursing diploma from an accredited school and three years of progressive nursing experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and supervisory experience in a hospital setting.
- Required: Current New York State RN license and CPR certification.
- Preferred: Certifications in Nursing Administration and ACLS.
- Primarily mobile work, with over 70% spent on rounds and direct contact with staff and patients.
- Involves walking, standing, bending, lifting, and working in a fast-paced, interruption-heavy setting.
- Use of PPE as per infection control policies.
- Serves all age groups and has Level 4 access to patient information under HIPAA roles.
