Clinical Instructor - Respiratory Therapy

Role: Respiratory Therapist responsible for providing advanced respiratory care in a complex clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver top-of-scope respiratory care utilizing protocols and best practices to optimize patient outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional care.
• Manage ventilator integration, airway management, and adaptive pulmonary support across various care levels.
• Precept and mentor new healthcare professionals, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth.
• Contribute to safety, quality improvement, and process enhancement initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• BSRT in respiratory therapy or in progress with ASRT for internal candidates.
• Current RRT/NBRC and state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Minimum of 3 years of acute care respiratory therapy experience.
• Valid BLS certification; ACLS, ACCS, and NPS preferred.
• Instructional teaching experience is advantageous.
