- Collaborating with nurses, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team
- Performing surgical counts and maintaining accurate documentation
- Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program or equivalent
- Current CST certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
- In-depth knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures
