Dispatcher / Documentation Specialist – Full-Time

Job Overview

CargoLoop, LLC is looking for a full-time Dispatcher / Documentation Specialist for our NJ terminal. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and professional candidate who is willing to be cross-trained in both dispatch operations and documentation responsibilities.

This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment. The right candidate must be comfortable working with drivers, customers, shipping documents, internal systems, and terminal operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily dispatch operations and driver communication
• Coordinate schedules, loads, appointments, and updates as needed
• Prepare, review, and process documentation accurately and on time
• Communicate with customers, drivers, managers, and internal departments
• Track and update shipment/container information in company systems
• Support the office team with daily operational needs
• Follow company procedures and maintain accurate records
• Learn and support both dispatch and documentation duties as assigned
• Maintain professional and respectful communication at all times

Requirements:

• Previous logistics, dispatch, documentation, trucking, or container experience preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be able to work full-time in person at the NJ office
• Must be willing to be cross-trained in both dispatch and documentation roles

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in transportation, trucking, port, warehouse, or container operations
• Experience working with drivers, customers, appointments, or shipping documents
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Schedule:

Full-time schedule. Details will be discussed during the interview.

Pay: $47,000.00 per year
