This role will lead how products are positioned, communicated, and supported in the market. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to define messaging, lead go-to-market initiatives, and build scalable marketing foundations. This person will work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and leadership to ensure a clear, compelling, and consistent product story across all touchpoints. What You'll Do
- Define and refine product messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
- Translate complex software capabilities into clear, customer-focused narratives.
- Partner with product and leadership teams to shape go-to-market strategies for new features and solutions.
- Lead product marketing execution for launches, updates, and campaigns.
- Identify and activate effective channels including website, email, video, presentations, and events.
- Build foundational product marketing assets that support scale and growth.
- Develop presentations, collateral, and enablement tools for broker, reseller, and channel partners.
- Create sales enablement materials including solution overviews, presentations, and product narratives.
- Support internal teams with marketing and communication needs as priorities shift.
- Drive provider network marketing initiatives including recruitment, engagement, training, and storytelling.
- Track performance metrics, analyze ROI, and use insights to guide decisions.
- Help establish processes, structure, and best practices for a growing organization.
- 5–7 years of product marketing experience.
- Experience marketing software or SaaS products, ideally in healthtech.
- Experience in startup, high-growth, GovTech, public sector, regulated industries, or channel partner programs is a plus.
- Strong understanding of positioning and communicating technology solutions.
- Proven ability to build and execute go-to-market plans.
- Strong storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex products into compelling market narratives.
- Experience collaborating across product, sales, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with experience using metrics and dashboards.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with limited structure.
- Builder mentality with a proactive, self-starting approach.
- Hybrid flexibility with remote work options and approximately 20% travel for conferences, trade shows, and field activations.
