What You’ll Do
- Design and build core infrastructure for workflows including referrals, scheduling, patient intake, prior authorizations, billing, and care management.
- Architect and integrate third-party and proprietary solutions into a cohesive, scalable platform.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to enable actionable insights from clinical and operational data.
- Collaborate directly with users onsite to gather feedback and iterate quickly on features and functionality.
- Play a leadership role in defining technical standards, shaping engineering culture, and recruiting future team members.
- Work closely with the founding team across product and sales to align development with business goals.
- Operate primarily within a tech stack including Node.js, TypeScript, React, SQL, and AWS.
- Strong engineering background with experience designing and scaling complex systems.
- A proven track record of thriving in early-stage environments with high autonomy and a fast pace.
