What You’ll Do
- Work with a team of benefits specialists, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service in administering employee benefits.
- Act as a point person for benefits inquiries, guiding HR team members and employees with clarity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with external vendors to resolve benefit-related issues and maintain efficient enrollment and processing systems.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and internal regulations, maintaining documentation for consistency and transparency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR Managers regarding ADA compliance and disability-related matters.
- Maintain accurate documentation of ADA cases, requests, and outcomes, collaborating closely with Legal and Compliance teams.
- Align organizational policies with evolving disability laws and promote best practices in accommodation and inclusion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 1 years of experience with employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
- Strong understanding of ADA compliance and accommodation processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience collaborating with external vendors and cross-functional HR stakeholders.
- Certifications such as ADA Coordinator or CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) are a plus.
