This full-time role is vital to bring multiple areas of the company together and bridge communication gaps. The Administrators tasks will include general office tasks, document filing, digital data management tasks, organizational tasks, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail, technological literacy, and the ability to work with server and storage systems. This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a growing company in a leadership capacity and contribute directly to Vogt Aero’s operational success.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage general office operations, including office supplies, building management, accepting deliveries, managing mail, greet visitors, phones, etc.
- Streamline, organize, and coordinate office administrative processes and procedures, ensuring organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety.
- Understand and review quality system and maintain supporting documents and forms
- Project management - Coordinate project milestones and tracking
- Support and Coordinate meeting schedule
- Responsible for all organizational management, record keeping and filing.
- Responsible for Document Control with maintaining part/article traceability through inventory tracking
- Support shipping and customer communication of invoices
- Preparing monthly reports as necessary for each area of responsibility
- Composing and typing correspondence, reviewing contractual information, and routing incoming mail.
- Data input and maintenance of records in internal software
- Communication with vendors for accounts payable and customers for accounts receivable concerns.
- Assist with the promotion and marketing of Vogt Aero through various campaigns through technology and in person.
- Assist in all areas of the company as needed.
Additional Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to document management.
- Collaborate with team members to improve organizational processes.
- Provide support for special projects as assigned.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports as needed.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and implement best practices.
Leadership and Supervisory Responsibility
- Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements and staffing needs related to materials handling.
- Must be able to maintain a culture that is friendly, professional and quality oriented.

Physical Requirements
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, lift 10-30 pounds on occasion, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Compensation, Bonus, and Career Growth
For the exceptional performance of his responsibilities, the Business shall compensate the Employee as follows:
Base Compensation: $45,000 – $60,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
Benefits: Full medical, 401K, professional development, team events, and potential for growth in multiple areas of the company.
Bonus: Employee may be eligible for a bonus based on achieving performance metrics related to inventory accuracy, process improvement, and supplier performance.

- Previous experience in an aerospace or similar industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent education
Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
