Reporting to the SVP of Operations, this leader will oversee Support Services, Deposit Operations, and Fraud/Card Services, ensuring integrity, driving innovation, and aligning operations with the organization’s strategic goals.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with the SVP of Operations to define and execute operational strategies that support organizational objectives.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, member experience, and risk mitigation.
- Provide insight on trends and best practices in fraud prevention, payments, and operational strategy.
- Oversee Support Services, Deposit Operations, and Fraud/Card Services with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage and develop high-performing teams through clear goal-setting, coaching, and professional development planning.
- Ensure effective fraud and risk management practices are in place to protect member assets and organizational integrity.
- Drive the implementation of technology and process improvements to increase scalability and resilience.
- Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and industry partners to deliver seamless service and operational excellence.
- Align procedures and controls with internal standards and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and governance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field required; advanced degree or certifications (AAP, NCP, CCE, CSME, PMP, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
- At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in financial services operations, ideally within a credit union or banking environment.
- Proven success managing multiple operational functions with a deep understanding of deposit operations, fraud prevention, card services, and payments.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and risk management best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives, manage change, and drive operational improvements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with a focus on fostering a member-centric culture.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally and influence decision-making at all organizational levels.
